From Logan to St. George, we build it all. Based out of Bluffdale, Utah, we specialize in custom residential pools and commercial water parks. Brent Geddes was the pioneer who brought shotcrete to Utah. Starting his career in Texas in 1983, he learned the trade from his uncle. A year later, Brent returned to Salt Lake City, where he introduced shotcrete to the Utah pool industry, making dry gunite a thing of the past. Brent has completed countless skate parks, retaining walls, soil nails, earthquake-proofing projects, and swimming pools. He even won awards for his work in the early '90s on Rattle Snake Rapids at Lagoon. Over the years, he learned what worked and what didn’t when it came to building swimming pools. Christian grew up running the shotcrete pump from a young age. Working every summer starting at the age of 14, he learned the craft. After high school, Christian initially resisted joining the family business, spending a year trying college and working his way up the corporate ladder. He soon realized that corporate life wasn't for him; swimming pools were in his blood. He returned to the family business and started his own maintenance and service company in 2015, which has since grown into Geddes Custom Pools.
